Dill or Chives
Thick Cream
Butter
Salt
Flour
1) Chop up lots of your herb (chive or dill) of choice
2) Melt butter into a saucepan and add chives and let it simmer for a while
3) Add flour and salt to thicken
4) Add cream, stir and let simmer for a little longer
Serve with fish and potatoes.
